I’m not sure why but I’ve lost any kind of want to update with whatever is new in my life. I’ve opened up a new entry a couple times in hopes that something would come to mind, but each time I end up just closing the tab and leaving.
I’ve been working, going to school, and just enjoying my time. I turned down the job offer that I had. It’s a career that I don’t want, and yes the money would’ve been fantastic for someone my age, but you know what–I want to go back to school, so that’s what I’m doing.
Anyway, so much for having something to type about. I have work at 3pm, so I need to leave now though I wish I could just call off and not worry about it. I really don’t feel like standing around with my thumb up my butt for 6.5 hours.
I know exactly what you mean. I’ve had trouble with that as well lately. It’s ok though, I think us awesome bloggie people deserve a little downtime once in a while. 😀
Kudos about your job decision! I bet it was hard to make because of that money offer. Awesome that you want to go back to school, I think it takes some strength to keep that a priority. 🙂

Hey, like the style!
I keep doing the same thing, actually, with the blog entries… Or, I’ll start writing something and then just get distracted by, yknow, “real” life (whatever that means :P).
Good for you for being able to turn down money for want of something more meaningful. I know plenty of people who wouldn’t be able to do that at all — and some of them wouldn’t understand why I’d think it was wrong to go for the money.
I wouldn’t worry about it. I think this is quite normal. Few people can keep up with the A-Listers that post 18 times a day. Besides, I have been blogging a lot longer than most of them. (almost 10 years) I think taking time away when you can’t find anything to write about is a good thing. Keeps longevity.
I get like that myself. This past week, I’ve done nothing but read Harry Potter, so there wasn’t much I could blog about in my own life.
Melissa: Thanks darling! Yeah, you must really either be horribly busy or just to lazy to post, because you haven’t had a huge post in awhile (though I tihnk you made one yesterday!) Glad to have ya back! ;P
Jess: Yeah, it was really hard to turn it down because the money is something that would have really helped me out and been a nice thing to have to lean against and whatnot.. But, I hope I made the right choice! Losing money going to school… It better make me richer! lol
@John: I appreciate the words, but I’m not really worried about how other bloggers are. I’ve been blogging for about 6 years now, so I kind of know what to expect 😉 I was just posting about how I haven’t had anything to say, and that each time I feel like saying something, I don’t. That’s all really, not trying to keep up with other bloggers.
@Sarah: I think all I have done is go to work, hang out with Mark, watch tv, get online, hang out with my friend Amy, and drink on some of those occasions. o.O
I get in one of those moods every once in awhile – starting a post and deciding it’s useless and ultimately closing it all. It’s kind of a disappointing feeling, ha.

I know how you feel about updating your blog. I can recall a few times of wanting to update but never seem to find anything important, or anything worth saying. I would’ve kept the job for a little bit and seen how it was. But oh well, it’s good that you’re going back to school.
I under stand the same thing. I find it hard to come up with a few decent words to make a blog entry sometimes. And though its sad you turned down a good job offer, continuing schooling well obviously bring you better ones 🙂
